Just like it sounds! Add everything you already have in your kitchen (except the sink!) for a healthy, satisfying meal. I added carrots, chopped green beans, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, vegetable broth, brown rice, kidney beans and onions. I put it all in a crock pot on high for a few hours, but this of course could be done quicker if needed. Those are some Mary's Gone Crackers brand crackers on the side.
Trust me-it tastes better than it looks!! Yum!
