Here's and easy way to get rid of stress in about 5 minutes or less.
First it is important to understand a few facts about stress before you begin.
Stress is the main cause of disorder ranging from heart attacks and stroke to biting nails and pulling hair just to name a few.
Next and probably the most important fact is that stress exist only in the Future and the Past. It does not exist in the Present. In other words, you are either stressed about something that did happen or is going to happen.
Finally, your subconscious mind does not understand the difference between an actual memory or an imagined one. They hold the same value. So it will be imperative to use your imagination during this exercise as much as possible.
So in order to get rid of stress, all you have to do is bring yourself to the present and using your imagination is the best way to do that.. That is the purpose of this exercise. So lets begin.
STEP #1. Take a look at both of these pictures and decide which you like best.

Imagine that I am a world famous artist that is known for painting very realistic paintings. Your job right now is to describe your picture over the telephone to me is as much detail as possible so I can paint without seeing it. You must describe in detail the blending of colors, shapes, distance from one item to another, shading, crispness and so on. Begin to do that now. If no one is around you it would be helpful to describe it out loud.
