
For a easy and satisfying snack...
Chop all items, combine, and mix or shake well
*3 cucumbers
*1 large tomato
*1-2 bunches of parsley
*1-2 cans of beans of choice (kidney, chick peas, navy, black)
*2 tbs flax seeds
*Roasted sesame seeds
*Herbs (Rosemary, basil, dill, oregano, cracked pepper)
*Lemon juice/ lime to taste
*1/2-1 avocado (optional)
Serve with veggie sticks, rice crackers, millet and flax chips or by itself and enjoy!

i take a big tupperware to work and put it on top of my salads everyday and just eat it with a fork straight out of the container for a 'snack fix'...
