The Dean Salad1 large can (5 servings) of Light Tuna in Water
1 teaspoon of mayo
2 celery stalks chopped
Pickles chopped
2 onion slices shopped
6 pickle slices (whole)
4 nice size chunks of Feta
6 Greek olives
A bed of Mixed field greens
a few parmesan & basil crackers
A little bit of Olive oil
Balsamic Vinagrette
This salad is a larger portion and can be broken into two meals as a lunch and a midafternoon portion when combined with fruit (depending on your body type and goals).
